Dynamic and results oriented with over 30 years experience in the construction industry, Euliss uses a hands-on management approach to ensure success. Working as both a specialty construction company owner/operator and a senior executive in a global construction equipment company, he exhibits a long track record of attaining consistent company growth and profitability. During his 28 year career with an international construction equipment company, Euliss was a key factor in leading its growth from less than $10 million revenues in 1981 to in excess of $400 million in 2007 with 24 of these years showing revenue growth and 26 years of profitability.
His strengths lie in team building, personnel motivation, superior interpersonal skills, marketing analyses, product introductions, market expansions, product sourcing and international market development. Owner - Specialty concrete construction company – company start up to ten-state operation specializing in DOT and DOD contracts. (1974-1979)
District Manager - Construction equipment field sales focused on jobsite demonstrations; sales presentations and training. (1979-1981)
Region Sales Manager – Managed, directed and motivated district managers attaining annual region growth rates in excess of 20% per year. (1982-1985)
National Sales Manager - developed and grew the sales force from 16 to 28 in three years with 15% average sales increases annually. Assisted in manufacturing operation and product expansions to include the acquisition of the company’s first manufacturing operation. Gained prominence as one to the top two compaction equipment suppliers in the USA. Initiated international sales program for the company. (1986-1989)
Vice President of Sales – Led initiative to add major equipment lines to expand into numerous new markets. Acquired North American distribution rights for the premier trench compaction equipment line from the German manufacturer. The company became the premier supplier of specialty concrete placing and finishing equipment through new product development and sales and marketing initiatives. (1990-1993)
Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer – Promoted growth through both acquisition and internal development to become the dominant supplier of a complete range of concrete pumping, placing and finishing equipment and grew the company to attain then record sales in excess of $250 million. Acquired interest in a leading Mexican manufacturer which led to significant bottom line contributions as well as significant market expansion. (1994-1999)
President (Acting CEO) – Continued growth with the acquisition of two manufacturing concerns and three line acquisitions to expand product lines, brand offerings and market expansions. Led the international sales efforts to attain over 20% of total revenue with three offshore distribution/service centers and dealers in over 70 countries. The company became recognized and envied as the premier supplier of light-medium construction equipment and power generation equipment. Core equipment lines include: compaction [soil and asphalt]; concrete [pumping, placing, finishing], cutting; specialty lighting; welders and power generation; and dewatering pump equipment. (2000-2008)
